Stress - Bussing Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Hemp & Chamomile tea bag

  • 2 peeled Seville oranges

  • 1 seeded cucumber with peel

  • 1 head of lettuce (all, except Iceberg)

Instructions:

  1. Steep the teabag in 1 cup of hot spring water for 5 minutes and let it cool.

  2. In a blender, combine the oranges, cucumber, and lettuce.

  3. Mix in the tea once it’s cooled down to room temperature.

Ingredients:

  • Banana When preparing a breakfast smoothie, bananas are my absolute favorite. They enhance the flavor of other ingredients, add nourishment, and contribute to the desired thick, creamy texture.

  • Peanut Butter is the secret to my smoothie's rich, pleasant flavor.

  • Almond Milk is the liquid I use to prepare my morning smoothie. I prefer to use unsweetened almond milk to keep my smoothie from being overly sweet.

  • Greek Yogurt I love adding this ingredient because it enhances my smoothie's creaminess and protein content.

  • Flax Seeds is enhanced with lignans, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. It serves as a thickening ingredient in smoothies as well!

  • Liquid IV Hydration I enjoy adding the liquid IV to my smoothie since it enhances my water intake and hydrates me more quickly than just water.

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
